We arrived on scene and were able to see the water damage and began putting out drying equipment and getting information on insurance from the client. We let the drying equipment do it's work while we cleaned what we could. Once everything was dried we were able to start reconstruction and replacing the hardwood floors and the spots of drywall that were damaged.

The crew arrived in a very quick, timely manner which was EXTREMELY beneficial. All the work done was excellent, the crew was very professional and worked quite hard. The only criticism I would have is it would have been helpful to know that any subcontract work (specifically, the carpet replacement) would be marked up if KW paid for it. We worked entirely with the carpet people with regards to all carpet matters (not through KW) and even though KW paid for it up front because it was required by the carpet company, that is all they did regarding the carpet, but their estimates showed a markup on the carpet. In the end we worked it all out but had we known these things up front it would have made it a little less cumbersome on our part. Also, sometimes the insurance company and KW weren't always in sync but I think that may be the fault of the insurance co. I would recommend KW for any kind of restoration work.
