I needed my popcorn ceiling scraped, and some other stuff in my house done. Worked with Don to get this project complete, he was very professional and easy to work with. KW dealt with the subcontractors and made sure the work was done to our standards even with the issues that came up (which can happen when doing projects). Highly recommend KW

Kw was big help on getting our recent flooding incident squared away. Damage included multiple levels and different flooring types and walls, but Nathan and his team made the whole ordeal easier and less stressful. Was out of the country for 7 months but they worked with the wife with no issue and the work done was better than I could have hoped for. Walls, flooring, and carpet were awesomely done and they did not hesitate to help prep documents/records that the insurance company would ask for. If I had known before hand that they do more than just restoration I would've trusted them to handle the demo, drying etc.

Nate from KW provided great service and communication for a wall close in project. Started and finished the job on schedule and reacted quickly to the need to buy more paint to complete the job. I will use them again.

Don, Nathan, and the rest of the guys worked on a house for me of who I'm taking care of. I am the caretaker and POA of a 96yr old lady in whom I was taking care of her home. They followed through and completed the jobs needed with all the delays, and unexpected surprises along the way. They were very patient and understanding with me and worked with me throughout the process of the repair. They were great. Thank you!

Our dishwasher leaked and dampened the carpet . they responded quickly and stopped the leak and repaired the damage. workers were very professional and cared about our problem.

The crew arrived in a very quick, timely manner which was EXTREMELY beneficial. All the work done was excellent, the crew was very professional and worked quite hard. The only criticism I would have is it would have been helpful to know that any subcontract work (specifically, the carpet replacement) would be marked up if KW paid for it. We worked entirely with the carpet people with regards to all carpet matters (not through KW) and even though KW paid for it up front because it was required by the carpet company, that is all they did regarding the carpet, but their estimates showed a markup on the carpet. In the end we worked it all out but had we known these things up front it would have made it a little less cumbersome on our part. Also, sometimes the insurance company and KW weren't always in sync but I think that may be the fault of the insurance co. I would recommend KW for any kind of restoration work.

Nathan came over to our house when it was flooding for 6 hours straight... we didn't realize it till the damage was done. And Nathan worked with the insurance company and made everything easy for us.
