KW Restorations is an excellent water damage and mold remediation company! I highly recommend their services because they were quick to answer my call and prompt to schedule an appointment. I had a slow leak under a bathroom sink that I did not notice for who knows how long. I called KW Restorations figuring some for the wood had been damaged below flooring and I was only half right. Ben and his team found black mold growing behind the drywall where the water damage had crept up! Black mold is highly toxic and I never would have know it was there without their thorough investigation! The team created a strategic plan for removal, remediation and repair. I found their prices to be really fair considering all of the work that was needed to mitigate this situation. Their team worked efficiently and were always courteous. This is a very knowledgeable and well established company.

KW Restoration saved the day. I came home from work to a frozen pipe busted and 2 inches of standing water in my basement. After several attempts to reach a plumber after 5 pm, I turned to mitigation companies and found KW Restoration. They were at my house within 45 minutes and immediately went into action. Molly and Ben were professional, personable, and thorough with their work. They managed to salvage all the trim and kept a tidy work space, which preserved the few things that were not damaged by the water. They explained the process, the timeline, and the expectations of the outcome. They answered all my questions and even hauled away bulky items that had been destroyed by the water. Ben returned with Jeremy a few days later to complete the demo of the damaged drywall. Once again, this crew was professional, clean, and communicated effectively. They even worked directly with my insurance. I am so grateful for KW Restoration.

I am so thankful I came across KW Construction! I had a pipe freeze, burst and flood my home in freezing weather. Jared and Ben were at my house the same day getting everything dried up and torn out. They were quick and clear with communication. They worked efficiently and even after their end of the job was complete, still continued to help me with the project. I'll always recommend them if anybody else (unfortunately) needs their services! Thank you KW!
