This homeowner had a catastrophic fire to the property. The remaining structure needed to be demolished and prepared for reconstruction to begin.

Solutions provided:

KW obtained a city permit and state permit to demo this property, and used a utility company to supply temporary power to the site. Demolition of the property began after our team provided content manipulation for all items affected by the fire. Debris from the fire was removed and taken to the dump by our team and reported to insurance for homeowner's coverage. After demolition, KW obtained a few tonnes of backfilling dirt and rental equipment to fill the demolished area and prepare for reconstruction to begin.
