Why did the customer contact us?

Our Colorado Springs team got an emergency call late in the evening of a frozen pipe bursting due to the freezing weather. As soon as the homeowner called us, she had informed us that there was standing water in her entire basement, which was approx. 900 square ft.

Solutions provided:

Our emergency restoration team responded to a home with 2"–4" of standing water. We performed fast water extraction, set up drying equipment, and began removing water-damaged flooring and drywall using a standard 2-foot flood cut.

While moving the washer and dryer, we discovered hidden mold behind the wall and in the bathroom. We treated the mold with a professional antimicrobial solution and installed containment barriers to prevent the mold from spreading. Once the treatment was done we safely removed the mold and then again treated the area one more time.
