Why did the customer contact us?

A plumber previously put in pipes coming out of their crawl space and dug trenches around the property to the stream. Client hadn't heard anything from the plumbers anymore, said readings weren't that great and they never contacted client again. Needed someone to come look at the property to see what next steps need to be taken. This had been going on for months and she was at a loss of how to proceed. House was built over a stream; other neighbors were having the same issues with plumbing and was on the news. The owner wanted to end deal with other contractor to start working with us.

KW Construction has now provided us with two high quality renovations, one in 2006 and the other in 2020. In both cases, the craftsmanship, attention to detail, and execution were exceptional. It is rare to go through such a process and come out on the other side with 100% satisfaction.
