Why did the customer contact us?

A pipe burst in the basement and flooded the carpet flooring. Water leaked through a wall into the laundry room as well. Insulation was dripping and water was pouring down the wall. Issue was originally supposed to be resolved by other company, but was still wet after 2 days.

Solutions provided:

Offered emergency service call

Water extraction and remediation; used air movers, dehumidifiers to dry flooring

Lifted carpet for drying

General demolition of drywall and insulation in bedroom/laundry room

Tore out baseboard, trim, wet carpet pad, and wet drywall

applied antimicrobial agent to floor

KW Construction has now provided us with two high quality renovations, one in 2006 and the other in 2020. In both cases, the craftsmanship, attention to detail, and execution were exceptional. It is rare to go through such a process and come out on the other side with 100% satisfaction.
